What is InfiSport Complex 4:1 Recovery?

InfiSport Complex 4:1 Recovery is a sports drink based on a mixture of high glycemic index carbohydrates and hydrolyzed Optipep® quality milk protein, enriched with vitamins and minerals. In addition, it does not contain added sugars and its combination of carbohydrates comes from matodextrin and to a lesser extent from amylopectin.

The recommended daily dose of COMPLEX 4:1® RECOVERY provides 80% NRV of vitamins A, D, E, C and group B, in addition to being a source of minerals (Mg, Zn, Cu and Mn). Helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue thanks to its content of magnesium, vitamin C, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12 and contributing to the protection of cells against oxidative damage by providing copper, manganese, zinc, vitamin C, E and B2.

How to use:

Dissolve 4 heaping measures (60 g) in 400 ml of water and take it during the first 30 minutes after finishing the exercise. Shake well to achieve a perfect dissolution of the product. Contains meter.
