3:1 Recovery+ 750 g from Crown Sport Nutrition is a high-quality muscle recovery that provides all the necessary nutrients to achieve optimal recovery.
Thanks to its composition, it provides a 3/1 ratio between carbohydrates and proteins to enhance both energy and muscle recovery processes in sports in which strength and/or endurance predominate.
In addition, 3:1 Recovery+ 750 g contains whey protein isolate as the only source of protein. This protein source is quickly assimilated and, due to its high amount of essential amino acids, favors post-workout muscle recovery processes.

How to use:
Mix 50g of product (1 heaping scoop or sachet) with 250 ml of water and shake well.
Suggestion:
Drink it immediately after physical activity.
