Its structure facilitates digestion and is made as light as possible for use in competition and demanding outings. This bar is designed based on two different carbohydrate sources, dextrose and sucrose.
In addition to the combination of carbohydrates, the Energy Gum Bar provides electrolyte minerals to improve hydration during physical exercise, essential amino acids and caffeine (in the flavors that indicate this).

How to use:
Take 1 bar every 90 minutes of exercise
Suggestion:
It can be accompanied with an isotonic drink to increase the amount of electrolytes provided during sports practice.

Ingredients (Cola): Glucose syrup, sucrose, water, pectin (pectin, acidity regulators: sodium-potassium tartrate, polyphosphate; maltodextrin), acidity regulator: acid. citric; branched chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), aroma, magnesium citrate, sea salt, L-arginine AKG, L-taurine, caffeine, corn starch, potassium chloride, coating oil (coconut oil , coating agent: carnauba wax), dry extract of guarana (Paullinia cupana) (12% caffeine).
