On the one hand, its composition stands out, based on Oat Flakes , which provide carbohydrates, and on the other hand, it contains isolated, rapidly assimilated protein that provides all muscle amino acids, including the essential ones. This combination is ideal to provide energy progressively and at the same time take care of and maintain muscle mass.

Energy Bar bars do not contain any type of coating to make it easier to transport and prevent it from melting or spoiling in the heat. Since it has no coating, it has less fat than other oat bars of this type and that also makes it more digestible.
