Infisport's ND3 Solid With Caffeine bar is very easy to assimilate and digest . They contain BCAA'S in a ratio of 8:1:1, L-glutamine, vitamins E, C and B1, magnesium and zinc. Its combination of ingredients makes it a good and quick option to take during training and get that extra dose of energy.
